Method

Technology change should end in working routines, not only a selected tool.

I use a 6-step method that connects business goals, process, data, vendors, users and measurement. It fits AI, ERP/RIVILE, automation, SharePoint/M365 and stuck project situations.

01

Diagnose

Separate symptoms from the real issue: process, data, system, ownership and vendor role.

02

Simplify

Before automation, remove unnecessary steps, exceptions and unclear rules.

03

Choose the solution

The tool is selected against the work scenario, data reality, risks and organizational readiness.

04

Implement

Requirements, vendors, testing, integrations and decisions are managed so the project keeps moving.

05

Embed in work

Users need to understand not only what to click, but why the operating rhythm is changing.

06

Measure the result

Measure time, errors, risk, adoption, leadership visibility and real business value.

Why it matters

The biggest mistakes appear when these steps are skipped.

If a tool is selected immediately, an unclear process often gets automated. If adoption is missing, the solution is technically launched but not used. If measurement is missing, it is unclear whether the project created value.

Applies to
  • AI pilots with company documents.
  • ERP/RIVILE readiness or vendor comparison.
  • Power Automate and process automation.
  • Stuck project recovery.

First step

Start with a diagnostic if it is not yet clear which stage is stuck.
