A RIVILE integration should not be only technical data movement. If the source of truth is unclear, automation can multiply errors faster.
1. Decide the source of truth
Items, customers, prices, stock, and documents need clear ownership. Otherwise integration creates conflicts.
2. Separate warehouse and accounting logic
The warehouse often moves at operational speed while accounting needs precision. Integration must connect these rhythms without manual reconciliation.
3. Use SharePoint for document context
Photos, records, contracts, or instructions often do not need to live inside the ERP database. What matters is the link, permissions, and owner.
4. Test edge cases
Returns, partial deliveries, price changes, defects, and corrections show whether the integration is ready for daily work.
